Home. As Seen Through MP’s Eyes.

Gave MP the camera tonight with the task of photographing “home,” and told her to surprise me.

Oh how I love this kid.

  1. I love their perspective. Hey, mine took pictures of his Star Wars figures and his stuffed animals!

  2. I love to put a camera in my girls’ hands. They have a blast and it changes the way I look at things. Thank goodness for the delete button on the digitals though. They can fill up a memory card in minutes!

you’ve gotta love them! My son LOVES it when he gets the camera…and I get a lot of shots of his feet!

  4. i need to start giving me 4yo a camera and see what he does with it… will probably just end up with some pictures of his peepee or something. what is it with boys and the infatuation with their own peepees?! 😉

you have a little artist on your hands. great pics.

  5. i’ve done this too! isn’t it fun to see what they come up with? she’s obviously a creative one, that little mp.

  6. I love to do this too, though we’ve only ever done it outside. I will have to do it indoors now. What a great idea. And great shots. I particularly like the one of the two pictures on the wall, and the one of her 83-foot-tall painting. Excellent. Honestly.

She’s got an eye. I like that perspective. An arteeste, like her mama. And her grandpa!

  8. Wow! These are awesome photos. This is a good lesson for us all. Take photos and write posts without preconceived notions of what “should” be but rather what we feel like doing.

  9. I come home to find my camera filled with 13 pictures of the cat and several photos of butts. Thrilled. But they do have interesting perspective. She has a good eye!

  10. This is so cute–I like that idea of photo-ing home. I’m going to have to try that. With the kids I mean.

  11. awwww – that is so friggin’ cute!!! I love the one with her little feet and the one with the ball. So sweet.
